Incredible insight! I love it. This is another great interview from Gerhard, and I would expect nothing less.

I completely agree with Harvey's advise on leading people. A friend of mine once defined good leadership as the ability to motivate others to replicate the qualities that make that leader successful. That concept has stuck with me.
